If you fill out one of our forms (athletics booking or agility request), we save the details you provide, namely:

• Name of the contact person
• Club or organisation, if provided
• Email address and phone number
• Details about the event (name, location, date) as well as your message

When you visit the website, our hosting provider also processes technical access data (such as IP address and date and time of access) in server log files, insofar as this is necessary for secure operation.

Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to process your request, contact you and provide the requested service. We do not process your data for advertising or analysis purposes.

Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies, for example to secure form submissions. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

External services

We do not integrate external services such as analytics tools, advertising networks or third-party fonts. For the agility request, a query to our own administration platform (admin.z-b.tech) may be made to verify an AIS tournament number; this is also operated in Switzerland, and no data is shared with uninvolved third parties.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Hostpoint AG in Switzerland. Your data is stored on servers in Switzerland.

Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to process your request and provide our service, or as required by statutory retention periods.
